Marble Hunt (“we”, “us”, “the game”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Marble Hunt collects, how it is used, and your choices. Marble Hunt is a free, ad-supported casual game. The game does not require users to create accounts.

Information we do NOT collect

Marble Hunt does not collect personally-identifiable information from players such as your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials via the game itself.

Information collected by third parties (ads & analytics)

Marble Hunt uses third-party services to display ads and to improve app performance. These services (for example, AdMob and/or Google Firebase) may collect the following types of information:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID / device identifiers) — used to serve and measure ads.
• Analytics and diagnostics — anonymous usage information such as session length, device model, OS version, crash reports and aggregated gameplay metrics.

We do not control the full data collection practices of the ad and analytics providers. For details, please see the privacy policies of those providers (for example Google’s policies for AdMob and Firebase).

Ads & personalization

Marble Hunt displays ads using third-party ad networks. Ads may be personalized based on device identifiers. If the app is configured for non-personalized ads (for example to comply with child-directed settings), personalized ads will be disabled. We do not use any ad data to create user profiles beyond what the ad providers do.

How we use data

We use data provided by ad and analytics SDKs to:

• Serve and measure the performance of advertisements;
• Detect and diagnose crashes and technical issues;
• Improve gameplay, performance and user experience.

Data sharing

We share the information described above with the third-party ad networks and analytics providers we use (for example AdMob / Google). We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data security

Data transmitted by the ad and analytics SDKs is sent securely over HTTPS by those providers. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Marble Hunt is designed for general audiences and does not collect personal information from children. Since the game has no data entry or registration, children cannot provide personal details through the app. If parents have concerns about third-party ads shown to children, they may contact our support team.

Your choices

You can:

• Disable personalized ads at the device level using the Android advertising settings;
• Opt-out of certain analytics collection where the ad/analytics provider supplies such controls (see provider privacy pages).
